As a result, I have an established track record of building partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization to create innovative, practical solutions to address their business needs.  Specifically, I assist leaders and their organizations by:

 

  • Consulting with clients on organizational issues including human resource strategy, organization design, assessment of leadership talent, business process redesign.
  • Developing custom learning solutions, from needs assessment to delivery of materials; with special expertise in innovative leadership development programming.
  • Providing executive coaching, with a special emphasis in developing job transition solutions to accelerate senior leader learning, assimilation and performance.

 

Over the course of my career, I have worked in a variety of global firms as a generalist and as an expert in the area of organization development and training.  I hold a Ph.D. in Sociology from Purdue University, with an emphasis in organization behavior.  My current research focuses on leading edge competencies, use of social networks in the talent process, and social learning.  As a popular speaker in the area of talent management, my work has been profiled in such publications as Computer World, CIO Magazine, Network World, IT World, and SHRI MagazineRead about our latest piece of research in the MIT’s Sloan Management Review, Winter 2012 … “Building a Well-Networked Organization.” Or read”Personalized Education: Meeting the Education Challenge” on the Telstra website http://goo.gl/2OuLK.
