I have more than 20 years of experience as a senior human resource professional. As a result, I have an established track record of building partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization to create innovative, practical solutions to address their business needs. Specifically, I assist leaders and their organizations by:
- Consulting with clients on organizational issues including human resource strategy, organization design, assessment of leadership talent, business process redesign.
- Developing custom learning solutions, from needs assessment to delivery of materials; with special expertise in innovative leadership development programming.
- Providing executive coaching, with a special emphasis in developing job transition solutions to accelerate senior leader learning, assimilation and performance.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in a variety of global firms as a generalist and as an expert in the area of organization development and training. I hold a Ph.D. in Sociology from Purdue University, with an emphasis in organization behavior. My current research focuses on leading edge competencies, use of social networks in the talent process, and social learning.
