Margaret Schweer

3-final-5x7-web-copy6Margaret Schweer, has more than 20 years of experience as a senior human resource professional. She has an established track record of building partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization to create innovative, practical solutions to address their business needs.  Specifically, she assists leaders and their organizations by:

 

  • Consulting with clients on organizational issues including human resource strategy, organization design, assessment of leadership talent, business process redesign.
  • Developing custom learning solutions, from needs assessment to delivery of materials; with special expertise in innovative leadership development programming.
  • Providing executive coaching, with a special emphasis in developing job transition solutions to accelerate senior leader learning, assimilation and performance.

 

Margaret has worked in a variety of global firms as a generalist and as an expert in the area of organization development and training.  She holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University with an emphasis in organization behavior.  Her current research focuses on leading edge competencies and use of social networks in the talent process.  A popular speaker in the area of talent management, her work is also profiled in such publications as Computer World, CIO Magazine, Network World, IT World, and SHRI Magazine.
